My name is Sanishka, and I am a Year 10 student at Queen Margaret College. As part of my community project, I am organising a series of free chess workshops during the Term 3 school holidays for students who are interested in learning chess or developing their existing skills.
The workshops will be held on September 26th and October 3rd from 10 am to 2 pm, and are open to students of all experience levels. My goal is to make chess more accessible and provide a fun learning opportunity for young people in our community.
I would greatly appreciate your support in sharing the attached poster and registration form with any students who may be interested. The registration form contains additional information about the workshops and can be distributed electronically through school newsletters, emails, or other communication channels.
Please note that this is an independently organised community initiative and is not a school-run event. The workshops will take place outside of school hours, and I will be fully responsible for the planning, organisation, and delivery of the programme.
